The Aerus Electrolux franchise in Richmond, VA
has a long history that starts with Ray Satterwhite.
Ray joined Electrolux in 1976 (Bill Friedlander was his first manager -
who still works with us and is amazing), he had a long and
extremely successful career in Central Virginia as a door to door salesman.
Ray sold over 15,000 machines door to door and
won many awards (countless - I have boxes and boxes of plaques and sales awards)
and won many trips with the company. In 2004, Aerus Electrolux
went to franchises and Ray bought the Richmond, VA Southside franchise.
In 2013, we moved to our current location
in the West End of Richmond.
Ray passed in 2021 after a hard fought
battle with AML Leukemia and his son Bryan
is now the owner (who worked with his dad since he was 19).
Ray loved his customers and still had customers
that he had sold a lux to back in the 70s
